We had a company lined up for a job but they proved unreliable. Tony & Michael assured us they could get a team on the job a few days later (but this is what builders always say, right?). The challenge was huge: Ripping off and refurbishing completely a one bedroom flat in 4 weeks flat. We wanted the flat back on the rental market as soon as possible but it needed everything to be replaced/refreshed (New bathroom, new kitchen, new carpets and flooring throughout, complete redecoration, new light fixtures… you name it, they had to do it!). Not only did they turn up when they said they would rise to the challenge with professionalism, but Tony orchestrated everything (Plumber, Tiler, Electrician). We were updated regularly and when I decided to “pop into the flat” they were all working really hard. We had the minimal input we wanted (choice of tiles/flooring/colour schemes).

 

Brilliant Job. If you want to give a chance to this company, let me tell you: They don’t cut corners and they are the most honest / reliable builders I have every come across (and God knows I had to deal with a few!). The finished flat had a new tenant’s name within 24 hours.
